Sophie’s parents had been struggling to navigate the NDIS system on their own. They found it difficult to understand the processes involved, and were unsure of which providers to choose for their daughter’s needs. Sophie, who has autism, was also struggling to access the services and supports she needed to reach her potential.

The family decided to engage a Plan Manager to help them manage Sophie’s NDIS plan. The family got referred to Magnum Support Services NDIS Plan Management Team who worked closely with the family to work closely with the family and their unique needs and goals, including developing Sophie’s social skills, managing her behavior, and improving her academic performance.

With Magnum Support Services by their side, Sophie was able to access a range of services and supports that helped her to achieve her goals, including occupational therapy, speech therapy, and tutoring. We also helped the family to navigate the NDIS system and manage their plan funding effectively.

Over time, Sophie’s confidence grew and she began to make significant progress towards her goals. Her parents felt supported and empowered to help her achieve her potential, knowing that they had a trusted partner in Magnum Support Services NDIS Plan Management Team.

Today, Sophie is thriving with her NDIS Plan and Budgets achieving her life goals. She is making great progress in her social skills, behavior, and academic performance, and her parents feel confident in their ability to manage her plan and support her ongoing development.
